Evidence is transported by our investigation units or partnered forensic teams. For large cases, we can provide specialized equipment to handle sealed containers and secure items directly at the scene.

• Within the city – typically processed the same or next business day, depending on case priority and transport availability.
• Within the region – according to a pre-agreed schedule and distance to the crime scene or forensic facility.
• Drop-off at the processing center – anytime during working hours after confirmation that the evidence is ready for intake.

Approximate processing rates

The final processing cost is calculated individually and depends on distance, evidence type and required forensic procedures. Below are indicative rates.

For major evidence transfers or recurring case logistics, we prepare individual agreements with fixed processing and transport rates.

Processing Procedure

• You send a list of collected evidence or case details to our officer by phone or email.
• We clarify the circumstances, verify the items and suggest possible forensic alternatives if required.
• You confirm the processing request, documentation method and the preferred transfer time.
• We prepare the evidence in the facility and forward it to the forensic lab according to the agreed schedule.

Documentation Methods

You can authorize evidence processing and transfer in a way that is most convenient for your investigation.

• On-site confirmation at the investigation office.
• Digital authorization via secure case portal.
• Official documentation issued for individual detectives and partner agencies.
• Partial pre-authorization for high-priority or sensitive evidence, final confirmation upon transfer.

All evidence movements are accompanied by standard forensic logs. For partner agencies we provide full case closure documentation.

Returns and Discrepancies

If during evidence transfer you notice tampered seals, missing items, or any inconsistencies in the documentation, please inform the courier and our officer immediately. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible to maintain case integrity.
